Spraybooth Maintenance
Spraybooth breakdowns can be very inconvenient and at worst, very costly. To reduce the risk of downtime, a Preventative Maintenance Schedule with Spraytherm Ltd will reduce those risks. We will discuss with you a plan that suits your needs and a set in place a Service Maintenance Schedule to improve the reliability and performance of your Spraybooth.
A Spraybooth maintenance schedule will also support compliance in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) legislation. Key elements are air flow and temperature control.
We offer a complete electrical & mechanical service to your spraybooth. This is detailed on our comprehensive checklist and includes all the main components of your system such as heating, lighting, filtration and your electrical and mechanical control systems. Using calibrated test equipment and gas analyzers where necessary. We also offer a calibration service for your spraybooth temperature controllers.
Service Interval recommendation:
The recommended service interval for a spraybooth is approximately 700-1000hrs or annually, whichever sooner. Busy Bodyshops tend to have their spraybooth’s serviced every 4-6months. All Spraybooths should replace Extract filters every 6-8weeks depending on their throughput.
