Installation/Relocation/Upgrade

Spraybooths can be relocated and refurbished as well as upgraded.  We at Spraytherm also install manufacturers self build spraybooths.  

All Spraybooths would benefit from the installation of a supplementary 'blower' system to effectively flash off compliant coatings and water based paint.  Combined with an increase in air temperature the turbulent airflow around the painted surfaces aid the  removal of water vapour and rapidly speeds up the drying process for all water based paint & compliant coatings.  The system effectively reduces process times, offers reduced running costs and maximises potential productivity for your bodyshop.

Good Lighting conditions are essential for a painter to judge colour and coverage.  This not only reduces job times but it also helps to minimise rectification work.  Spraytherm Ltd. can upgrade your current Spraybooth lighting to current recommended light intensity in the region of 1,200 lux. With high efficiency fluorescent tubes and/or Aluminium reflectors.

E.P.A. and the environment

We can carry out a whole range of E.P.A. upgrades to make your spraybooth or extraction equipment comply with requirements.  All work is fully certified and additional particulate monitoring can be carried out as required.
