"If a Spraybooth breaks down this impacts on our production flow and the quality of service we can deliver customers.
Spraytherm's reliable rapid response is invaluable in helping us to become operational again."

COMPLIANCE TESTS
MIST CLEARANCE TIME
We can carry out a Mist Clearance Time during a routine Service Schedule or at a time that is convenient to you. The Mist Clearance Time is not exact and times measured are approximate. The time for your booth or room will depend upon the design and the volume of air moving through it; therefore there is no pass or fail. The initial test should be done under ‘worst-case’ circumstances, for instance just before the extract filters need replacing. This test should be carried out as part of the statutory 14 monthly thorough examinations and test. Your results should be displayed on all entrances to the booth/room.
LOCAL EXHAUST AND VENTILATION (LEV)
Local Exhaust and Ventilation (LEV) test must be carried out at least every 14 months along with a Mist Clearance Time. Records of the LEV must be kept for at least 5 years. The LEV test measures airflow velocity to ensure that the system continues to deliver effective control.
BREATHING AIR QUALITY TEST
Air Quality Testing is recommended by the HSE at least once every 3-6 month.
We check the air quality of the filter regulation system within the spraybooth using up to date equipment calibrated and traceable to NAMAS.
Our tests are record to the levels of National and International Air Purity Standard BS EN12021. The tests record the Levels of Oxygen (02), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Carbon Monoxide ((CO), Oil Mist/Vapour, and Water (H2O).
EMISSIONS TEST
Certification is provided for all our Compliance Checks.
